The Edge-lands Siren
The Edge-lands Siren
One of a series of pylon based images . Here I'm exploring collage, photographic and graphic elements in combination. The composition consists of contrasting imagery of wild flowers, pylons and barbed wire symbolism with the the softer organic forms of an 18th century female nude and graffiti tags. The background is an aged and distressed dress pattern from the 1960s.
