Pylon Enamel Pin Card
Pylon Enamel Pin Card
My obsession for pylons, the iconic designs of architect Sir Reginald Blomfield and the ultimate symbol of the 'Edgelands' * continues.
I've created a greeting card incorporating a vitreous enamel pin badge within its design. As you can see, the card works just as well when the pin badge is removed.
The ultimate gift for the pylon lover in your life.
The pin badges are produced in collaboration with British craftspeople in Legge Lane, part of Birmingham’s Historic Jewellery Quarter.
Resplendent in gold and black, the design is both bold and elegant.
Badge Dimensions: 40 mm high x 20 mm wide. Two golden butterfly clutches hold it securely and ensure it doesn’t spin around.
Card Dimensions: A6 (148 mm high X 105 mm wide )
* 'Edgelands' *; A term coined in books like Michael Symmons Roberts and Paul Farley’s, Edgelands: Journeys Into England's True Wilderness and Gareth E Rees Marshland: Dreams and Nightmares on the Edge of London.
